Corey J. Wallach, M.D.The Anderson Clinic would like to introduce their newest associate specializing in spinal surgery, Dr. Corey Wallach. After growing up in Northern Virginia, Dr. Wallach is pleased to return, having completed his orthopaedic spine fellowship at the prestigious UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center. Dr. Wallach left Virginia to attend Columbia University, where he studied Architecture and Religion prior to beginning his medical career. He then attended the University of California, Davis Medical School where he was honored with both the Lipscomb Award for Excellence in Orthopaedic Surgery and membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he conducted research on biologic treatment strategies for degenerative spinal disorders, earning both national and international recognition for his efforts. At the conclusion of his residency, Dr. Wallach remained at the University of Pittsburgh as a Clinical Instructor for the Orthopaedic Surgery Department. He then returned to California for his spine fellowship at the UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center, which specializes in motion preserving, minimally invasive, and traditional treatment strategies for cervical, thoracic, and lumbar pathology. In his spare time, Dr. Wallach enjoys woodworking, guitar, and the company of his wife and three children.
