Gerard A. Engh, M.D.
Dr. Jerry Engh is one half of the team of brothers who have revolutionized orthopaedic implants for the hip and knee. After graduating from Davidson College, he attended medical school at the University of Virginia. With the collaboration of other physicians at The Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic, he has compiled an important data base for tracking the outcomes of hip and knee replacement surgery. According to Dr. Engh, "Because we have stayed close to our patients, and know them so well, our data base has proven to be extremely useful. It has helped thousands of people to lead more active, fully functioning lives."
