William G. Hamilton, M.D.Dr. Hamilton, a native of Ithaca, New York, has enjoyed making northern Virginia his new hometown for him and his family. Since starting his practice, Dr. Hamilton has become one of the leading joint reconstruction surgeons in the area. He frequently travels around the country to lecture on topics involving joint replacement, and he has several ongoing research studies in this area. Because his practice is focused on Hip & Knee Arthroplasty, he has a keen understanding of the intricacies and complexities involved in these surgeries. Most importantly, listening to and getting to know his patients is his top priority. "A successful replacement is more than just knowing how to put the implants in correctly, it's anticipating and responding to the needs of your patient. I'm proud to be part of a practice and joint replacement center that strives to do this everyday." Dr Hamilton maintains involvement in several local and national societies, and recently completed his tenure as President of the Washington, D.C. Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Hamilton enjoys Golf, Running, Travel, and Guitar, but spends most of his leisure time with his wife, Beth, and playing with his 2 young boys.
